U wish?

So what have I actually done to deserver all those wishes? Well, I was born. Didn’t really take that much effort on my part actually, if you ask me. Not that I remember, but I’ve been told. Ocassions like marriage anniversaries, etc. do deserve proper celebration since it required a lotta effort on the part of those two people to enter the institution of marriage and to sustain the relationship. It makes sense to wish them. But why wish me, just because I was born? Wish my parents. They are the ones responsible for bringing me into this world and for bringing me up, and also deserve most credit for my survival so far.

Therefore, from now on, I think birthdays should be celebrated not by the person who was born but his/her parents. After all they did all the work and took all the pains!

But just because it didn’t happen that way this year, the gain has been mine… since I got a wonderful birthday present. A laptop! :)

    Leaving UK on 31st is liye totally caught up with last min prep - winding up 2 years accumulated ‘life’ in 3 weeks :)

    Happy B’day Pixie… congrats on getting a new laptop… Video looks very very pixelated (this has no reference to your previous blog… none intended too.. :P) All I could see was some figures in white hopping around (who I correctly guessed to be Arabi Nationals …. are they??? are they??? :D)

    Go get a sony handycam and enjoi maadi!

    Nightwolf -Thank you… and again…my bday was last week! hehe! Yes its pixellated. Handycam is too cumbersom to carry around. My phone is alrite till then, and hence u will have to bear with the pixellated videos! hehe!
