Gurgaon is a gud-gaon but a bad-city. I agree it has plenty of skyscrappers, bpo’s, malls, pubs, etc. But being the “millenium city”, it provides public transport options of the last millenium probably. It’s hopeless!
I feel stranded without a driving license!

Errr…. I assume you are unaware of the local slang meaning of the word “Gud” in Hindi.
e.g: “Woh poora Gud Lagtaa hai”
Apoorva:
hahahhaha
B:
well, thats not just a GG downside, i’ve been to B’lore and its just as shitty… Cal has public transport, but its better left unmentioned…
mumbai has good transport, but as recent events indicate, would u LIKE to be in it ??
oh my kingdom for a quiet leafy EMPTY bicycle path!
Apoorva - eh? wot does that mean? (yep, quite unaware?)
neel - delhi is good :D
“gud-gaon but bad-city” lol i loved that
i think Gud (the one Apoorva is referring to) is more of a Bombay slang… I was surprised at the Delhi slang i learnt in Boulder CO, Thulla = cop, khuley paise = change… etc etc…
FYI - gud = gay
You are so right. Everything is GUD. but no tranport. I get struck once I land up here. I miss Delhis Auto rickshaw, however bad still…
Learn to live without all the aaram in dis world…stay away from skyscrappers…nd u will find lot of good stuff to frame in ur flat….i’ve lived my best yrs…in the same place!!
Hey B…same feelings here on Gud-gaon and esp. driving license :D
Loved ur blog…a treat kinds..
peace!
