Barenaked Ladies (and Gentlemen)
Off with their heads!
So the queen said…
And we heard. And that’s what we are gonna do.
But how good would it be to open our heads and hearts and pour it all out.
It’s easier for me to write on this blog or talk to strangers than actually speak about my troubles to someone I know but don’t know that well. And now I feel inhibited by the thought of those same people and some more people reading this. But then… losing the inhibitions is the motive… step by step.

My rule of thumb is “if in doubt, leave it out”. It’s wonderful that people feel they can express themselves via their blog. But an unknown audience is always a risk, and once you publish something online, you can never really take it back (even if you delete it people may remember it, or it may be cached somewhere).
My advice for things that are really personal for you is to write things down in a text file first, then wait at least a few hours, and then have a re-read before posting.
Another suggestion is to make the personal post “Friends Only” if your blogging software allows.
Anyway I hope you start to feel better soon, but please don’t make yourself worse by writing something you are not 100% sure about.
Unless you are the hmm mistress of double speak, writing between the lines and camouflage (which I am unless I want to be megaphore-quality blatant), avoid.
I agree with secretdubai.
