Headphones = :)

After using earbuds for a long time to listen to stuff on my phone, today I tried on a pair of headphones recently discarded by my dad. I was under an impression that my earbuds were delivering excellent quality of sound for what it had costed me. But these headphones for a lesser amount actually rendered a much better audio quality.

And this feeling of trying them on and the intial thrill and kick of experiencing this superior audio quality is just so overwhelming.

Wouldn’t it be great to something that when used, can render an experience similar to that. A service or product that renders a nicer, better experience everytime you use it with a certain familiarity.

There would be some examples of that in the cyber space but what about real life?

    Surprises have a zing because they are rare.
    One would be conditioned otherwise.

    it is like the interaction design done for most apple products. the manuals dont tell u all.
    only when u start using it you discover new features and aspects of it every now and then.
    may be something like that in a more tangible form?

    surprises or in general new experiences have this unquestioned ability to be able to soothe our minds and bring a smile to our faces

    i believe its not about providing people with a tangible product but by changing the views people hold and how people perceive products or life in general so that they are able to discover something new everyday ..

    for eg the headphones … maybe u enjoy the bass one day…the next day how they look good on you
    the day after ,the different patterns under different shades of light …

    it’s all in the head

    anyways fun blog to read … cheers
    peace
